CIVIL ENGINEERING
This 2 level store is the leader in the design of "green" buildings in Montreal. All the aspects of the construction and the operations were scrutinized, analyzed and modified so as to obtain the greatest environmental protection.

The underground infrastructures include the retention of rain water for a recurrence of 100 years, with the complete return into the groundwater.

In this project, through sustainable development and respect to the environment, the pluvial network underground allows an accumulation of water of more than 367 m3 (corresponding to the recurrence of 100 years) above all discharge the municipal network, reducing of so much the treatment to the factory of purge.
