INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURES
Construction of 3900 metric tons per day cryogenic Air Separation Unit (ASU) used to produce oxygen required in oil sands bitumen removal process.

ASU site preparation, drainage and civil work, piling and foundations for all equipments, buildings, storage tanks and truck scales. Dynamic analysis of two large air compressor foundations for vibration control. Field erected and modular pipe rack / cable tray structures. Modular building structures. Field erected ASU cold box enclosure measuring 32'x26'x208' high, prefabricated and shipped to the site in sections. Fragment barriers for oxygen pumps, heaters and letdown station.
