INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURES
Construction of a 300 tons per day cryogenic Air Separation Unit (ASU) used to produce oxygen and nitrogen.

ASU site preparation, containment, drainage and civil work. Piling and foundations for all equipments, storage tanks and truck scales. Dynamic analysis of two large air compressor foundations for vibration control. Field erected and modular pipe rack and equipment support structures.

Shop fabricated packaged ASU cold box enclosure measuring 14'x13'x120' high. Cold box was built horizontally in a single section with all internal vessels and piping, shipped to the site and lifted into vertical position.
